Purpose: The organization was formed to preserve and perpetuate the story of the soldiers from the New Mexico National Guard regiments of the 200th and 515th Coast Artillery and Antiaircraft Unit (CAAA) through education, preservation, participation and service.

Membership: shall be open to all persons willing to support the purpose and mission of this organization. Membership is not limited to descendants; we have purposefully excluded kinship as a requirement to our organization to broaden participation and interest in keeping the memory of Bataan alive. Additionally, members need not be from or live in New Mexico. Members shall have voting privileges. Dues in the amount of $20.00 per year shall be paid annually.
